Notes on reporting, will turn this into a process.
WordPress Updates: we have updates handled pretty well, we’ll need to hone this so updates are done within the month no exceptions.
Uptime Monitoring: This seems to be working, but it’s still giving some false-positives. I made a few adjustments, increase timeout to 7 seconds and gave it a medium level. NodePing said it’s likely 500 errors, seems to be a LW thing. Might need LW to look into this.
Backups: We have UpdraftPlus paid for but I think we need to get each client set up. Need to be double sure we don’t save ANY backups to our servers—only Google Drive or Dropbox.
SSL Secure Certificate: Works well out of the box.
Additional Reporting: Works well out of the box.
