Follow this process when running through the site launch check lists: Pre-Launch Checklist, Pre-Launch Quality Control and Post-Launch Checklist.
- Add your name and a quick note in parentheses next to each checklist item that you take care of.
- Color code each check with a Badge color in ClickUp. See color code below:
- Grey – not applicable to this project
- Green – it’s done without issue
- Yellow – had an issue but it’s fixed
- Red – issue that you’re working to fix
